I'm Arunank. I build AI systems with the people who will use them, and I stay until they work in production.
In 2024 I founded Kuzushi Labs, an AI product studio, in Singapore. I built it from nothing to 20+ clients and 30+ delivered projects, led a team of 10+ engineers, and stayed hands-on throughout: I sit in the sales and discovery conversations, turn a loose request into a scope the customer can sign, design the architecture, write a large share of the code and hand over something their team can run. Outside work
I started a Taekwondo team at IIT that grew from 5 to 40+ members and won 9 gold medals. I once drove 12,000 km solo across India in 35 days. I wrote Reasoning Into Code, a free workbook of 250 coding katas. I like building things that didn't exist before.
